At OVME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your medical-grade skincare and wellness products. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return process within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Guest Experience team via email or visit your local OVME studio with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging; for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are at least 50% full.

• 3.
  Submit for Inspection

  Drop off your item at any OVME studio location or use a pre-paid shipping label to send the product back to our distribution center for quality verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or applied as studio credit for future services.
